Welcome, we are delighted you stopped by!
My name is Shannon and I am a Christian, a pastor’s wife, and a mother. I relish living at home with three young children, learning the art of homemaking, and being married to an ingenuitive, energetic, college and singles pastor. In our home, life is ministry. I love my husband, making my kids laugh, discipleship, fashion, photography, sleeping, coffee and tea-especially vanilla earl grey. I am not naturally adept at organizing or planning, but strive to infuse simplicity, beauty, and joy into each day.
This blog is dedicated to empower Christian women to live their best for God everyday. My goal is to inspire women to blossom in biblical femininity, dignity, and to boldly face a world that increasingly looks down on biblical values; as women, we can bear the light of Jesus and push forward the truth of the gospel in many realms of influence. Our work here is eternal, so we strive to leave a lasting legacy. What we build for the next life can’t be destroyed.
This blog will feature posts aimed at serving women, single and married, in their endeavors to live out God’s role for them as helpers, friends, girlfriends, singles, wives, employee/rs, disciplers , etc. I want to offer encouragement and tips for practical everyday life in the areas of: spiritual development, relationships, home management, health, fitness, fashion and beauty. I believe that femininity and home making is quickly becoming a lost art in our culture and I want to inspire women of all ages to flourish in dignity, grace, and beauty within all their roles and responsibilities. God created us as women, so let us be the brightest reflection of His beauty through our womanhood.
